Submissions on the proposed Planning Scheme Policy can be made by post, delivered in person, lodged via online form below, or by email to development@bundaberg.qld.gov.au. 

This online submission form will close on Tuesday, 31 October 2023 (4:45pm).

Bundaberg Regional Council is collecting your personal information (e.g., name, address, phone number etc), for the purposes of receiving a ‘properly made’ submission on the proposed Planning Scheme policy for the Hughes and Seaview Bargara Local Plan Area.
