Submission Form - Proposed Planning scheme policy for the Elliott Heads Local Plan Area
Council has prepared a proposed Planning Scheme Policy for the Elliott Heads Local Plan area.
The purpose and general effect of the proposed planning scheme policy is to provide an interim local planning framework to guide the future development of emerging community land at Elliott Heads until the local plan provisions are incorporated within the Planning Scheme and Local Government Infrastructure Plan (LGIP) through later planning scheme amendments.
The proposed planning scheme policy was placed on public consultation between Friday 28 February 2025 and Monday 31 March 2025.
