Domestic and Family Violence Eco-System Survey

Bundaberg Regional Council is conducting this survey to better understand a) the level of awareness about the domestic and family violence continuum and b) what domestic and family violence primary prevention, early intervention, response, and recovery and healing interventions exist within the Bundaberg Local Government Area. 

A pre and post survey will be administered, and the results will assist us to understand any change in levels of awareness at the end of the project.

Collection Notice: 

Council is collecting your personal information (e.g. name, phone number etc.) if you choose to provide it, which will be used for the purposes of contacting you to either clarify information you have provided in the pre-project survey and/or to administer the post project survey. This information will only be accessed by authorised Council officers and will be handled in accordance with Council's Privacy Statement governed by the Information Privacy Act 2009.  Visit bundaberg.qld.gov.au/privacy for more information.  Any questions regarding this survey can be directed to Council's Community Development Unit at comdev@bundaberg.qld.gov.au. 

Information is being collected from stakeholders about their awareness (prior to and post the project) of what primary prevention, early intervention, response and recovery and healing interventions are and their awareness of what exists in the Bundaberg Local Government Area domestic and family violence ecosystem. This information will inform our evaluation of the project and non-identifiable data will be provided to the funding body and project stakeholders as part of our evaluation of the project.
