Bundaberg Region Youth Scholarship Awards

Thank you for your interest in the Bundaberg Region Youth Scholarship Awards. Please fill out the form, whether you are nominating a young person, nominating yourself, or are interested in supporting the Awards.

Please note that two letters of recommendation must be uploaded as part of submitting a nomination. Please ensure these letters are ready and accessible for upload, as you cannot save incomplete submissions to be completed at a later date.

The deadline for nominations has been extended to 5pm Thursday 10th August, 2023.

Council is collecting personal information (e.g. name, email, phone number, etc.), for the purposes of delivering the Bundaberg Region Youth Scholarship Awards. This information will be accessed by authorised Council employees and disclosed to external representatives of the Bundaberg Region Youth Scholarship Awards Advisory Group and the nominee. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Council's Privacy Statement governed by the Information Privacy Act 2009. Visit bundaberg.qld.gov.au/privacy for further information.
