Community Resilience Project Parent Survey

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.

The survey will only take about 5-10 minutes.  We would like to hear your honest opinion.

The following questions will ask you about your child's involvement in the Community Resilience Youth Program.

The aim of our program has been to work with young people directly to understand their attitudes and behaviour's towards volunteering, knowledge on natural disaster preparation, response, and recovery and what they think about their community. To understand this we have had students do a survey at the start and end of the program. 

We would also like to know what parents have thought about the whole process now that we are at the end. All information you provide is confidential, and will only be used to help us look at the effectiveness of the project. 

We also need to thank you for your continued support and patience during the program and all the running around that parents need to do for projects like this to happen, it is greatly appreciated.
