CRYP: Final Student Survey

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.

The survey will only take about 15- 20 minutes. There are no right or wrong answers. We would like to hear your honest opinion. This survey will build on the survey that you completed at the start of the Community Resilience Program. 

The following questions will ask you about your attitudes and behaviours towards volunteering, your knowledge on natural disaster preparation, response, and recovery and the training that has been delivered to you. It will also ask you about how well you think you cope with challenges, how you are feeling and your plans for the future. 

To understand how things change over time we have been tracking your responses across the different surveys you have completed using your unique Participant ID number. Your participant ID number is your birthday (day and month only) and the last four numbers of your phone number. For example, if your birthday is fifth of April and your phone number is 04 1234 4321 your participant number will be 0504 4321
