Changing Places Survey

Bundaberg Regional Council is inviting community feedback on a Changing Places facility which would provide enhanced amenities for people with complex disabilities and their carers.

Why is Council conducting this survey?

Council is interested in better understanding the surrounding amenities, transport requirements and wayfinding signage that need to be considered for a Changing Places facility. This will help Council to identify where in the region a facility would provide the largest community benefit.

Who should complete this survey?

This survey is to be filled out by, or on behalf of, a person with a disability so Council can hear from those who will benefit from this facility.

When does the survey close?

The survey will close on Sunday 14 July 2024.

What other ways can you have your say?

  • Have a private conversation with Council
  • Provide more detail
  • Ask questions
  • Complete a paper survey

Please reach out by Phone (1300 883 699) and ask to speak with the Parks Team about the Changing Places survey, via email (parksadministration@bundaberg.qld.gov.au) or post (PO Box 3130, Bundaberg Qld 4670).
