Adult Programming Participant Survey - Fun & Games sessions - Libraries

Thank you for attending our library program. We hope you enjoyed it! Please help us gather data (both qualitative - thoughts, experiences, stories; and quantitative - numbers) which enables us to improve our programs and to provide evidence as to the value of these programs and of libraries in general. We greatly appreciate your honest feedback. 

The following survey is for those who have participated in at least one of Bundaberg Library's Fun & Games adult programming sessions. Please only fill out this survey if prompted by staff after you have participated in a session.
