Bundaberg Bioeconomy Conference

The fifth Bundaberg Bioeconomy Conference is set to be an unmissable event, offering a unique platform for industry leaders, investors, project proponents and research partners to exchange ideas and identify exciting opportunities within our region and Queensland broadly as we approach the Brisbane 2032 Olympics. Scheduled for 3 and 4 September 2024 at the Bundaberg Multiplex and Convention Centre, this conference promises to be a key event in the bioeconomy sector.

The theme for the 2024 conference focuses on maximizing the Bundaberg Region’s bioeconomy to minimize the environmental impact of the Brisbane 2032 Olympics. Key areas of exploration include sustainable aviation fuel, biogas, and carbon sequestration.     Bundaberg Bioeconomy Conference 2023 RSVP form

    Join us for the 4th Annual Bundaberg Bioeconomy Conference on 24 and 25 October, 2023.

    This year the event will be bigger than ever and have a global feel with the theme being "Future growth opportunities in an emerging global bioeconomy". Featuring both local and international players in the sector along with leading academics from their field. The conference will include keynote presentations, industry panel sessions and local case studies.

    The conference program will be finalised shortly with all those registering receiving a copy of the agenda.

    Theme: Future Growth Opportunities in an Emerging Global Bioeconomy    

    Where: Bundaberg Multiplex Sport and Convention Centre, 1 Civic Avenue Bundaberg West 

    When: 24 October and 25 October 2023 (two full days)
