2020 Turtle Hour
Turtle Hour will be held on Thursday 26 November in the Bundaberg Region.
It follows on from the region’s inaugural Turtle Hour which was held in November 2019.
The event was a world first and Bundaberg Regional Council has decided to make Turtle Hour an annual event, given the ecological significance of turtles nesting in our region.
Anyone interested in being part of Turtle Hour – from 7.30pm to 8.30pm on Thursday 26 November - can register on the form below.
Council will email you a poster and social media tile to promote your involvement and encourage friends and family to be part of Turtle Hour 2020 too.
Then you simply turn off your lights from 7.30pm to 8.30pm on Thursday 26 November, 2020.
