    The Mayor's Christmas Cheer Appeal raises funds to make food hampers for local residents who need a helping hand to help make their Christmas special.

    Local businesses and the community can support the Mayor’s Christmas Cheer Appeal by becoming a sponsor, supplying goods, making a donation, holding a fundraiser or by helping to pack hampers.

  • Bundaberg Region 2022 bauble raises funds

    The Bundaberg Region 2022 bauble is now available, raising vital funds to create hampers for local families in need as part of the Mayor’s Christmas Cheer Appeal.

    Just over $7 from every Bundaberg Region 2022 bauble sold will be donated to the appeal, with a new bauble design to be launched every year.

  • Business has eye on Christmas appeal support

    The Optical Superstore Bundaberg's Karen Christiansen, Trish Whan, Stephanie McKay and Natalie Bebendorf supporting the Mayor Christmas Cheer Appeal.

    The first business has signed on to sponsor the Mayor's Christmas Cheer Appeal which will see hampers delivered to 20 families in need during the festive season.

  • Mayor’s Christmas Cheer Appeal off to great start

    The Mayor’s Christmas Cheer Appeal is off to a cracker start for 2022, after raising over $3500 from the sale of locally made and collectible Christmas baubles last year.

    The appeal, which was launched in December, is raising funds to assist a number of local charities to provide hampers for local families in need this Christmas.
