The Bundaberg Careers Expo is designed as an opportunity for people across the Bundaberg Region to connect with leading local employers, education institutions and registered training organisations.

The event allows prospective candidates to explore the opportunities available to them in the workforce, and develop the skills required to pursue a career in their chosen field.

It is an ideal event to showcase your business; and jobs you may want to fill now and in the future.

The Bundaberg Careers Expo is proudly brought to you by Bundaberg Regional Council, Jobs Bundaberg and Link and Launch – Department of Education in collaboration with The Workforce Australia Local Jobs Program, Strategic HR Supports and Strategic Business Management and Training (SMBT).



Become an Exhibitor

  • Contribute to the retention of local talent within the community
  • Promote existing or upcoming job opportunities and address staffing needs
  • Exposure to a diverse audience of over 1500 attendees aged 15 and above
  • Provide expert advice to young individuals, the unemployed, and those seeking career changes.
  • Engage in valuable business-to-business networking with 80+ exhibitors
  • Provide students with the chance to make well-informed decisions about their academic and career paths

    Registrations are open for local businesses across the region to showcase their employment opportunities at this year’s Bundaberg Careers Expo.

    Taking place at the Multiplex on Wednesday 8 May, the Bundaberg Careers Expo aims to strengthen education, training and employment outcomes in the Bundaberg Region by giving community members the chance to connect with leading local employers, education institutions and registered training organisations.

    The popular community event is hosted by Bundaberg Regional Council, Jobs Bundaberg and Link and Launch (Department of Education) in collaboration with The Workforce Australia Local Jobs Program, Strategic HR Supports and Strategic Business Management and Training (SMBT).

    By exhibiting at the expo, local businesses will be able to promote existing and upcoming job opportunities to a diverse audience of over 1500 attendees as well as network with more than 80 other businesses at the event.

    They will also provide valuable expert advice to help attendees make well-informed decisions about their career paths and contribute to the retention of local talent within the community.

    Where: The Bundaberg Multiplex Sport and Convention Centre, 1 Civic Avenue, Bundaberg West
