Project background

The Bill Cunnington Fernery is located in Alexandra Park in Bundaberg West. In 2020 Bundaberg Regional Council undertook a condition assessment of the fernery which recommended a number of remedial works. Council is seeking feedback from the community on future options for this structure before any refurbishments take place.

The fernery is not currently accessible to the community and is being used by Council for plant nursery and general storage.
