Holiday Park Upgrades
May 2023 Update
Construction of a two bedroom accessible cabin is in progress in Burnett Heads Holiday Park.
Building construction is expected to be completed by mid-late August 2023, with furniture installation and fitouts to follow.

Completed projects
As part of Council's continuous improvement of the region's Holiday Parks, four new cabins are being built at Elliott Heads Holiday Park:
One family accessible cabin
- Self contained villa with queen bed, 2 singles (or king bed) & queen-sized sofa bed
- Compliant with AS1428.1 - Design for access and mobility, providing continuous accessible paths for people who use wheelchairs. Threshold ramps, parking set-down area, grabrails, sanitary facilities, inclined surfaces, doors and light electrical switches are all compliant.
- Kitchen is compliant with AS1428.2 - Enhanced and additional requirements. Includes full-sized fridge, microwave, electric hotplate, toaster and kettle
- Linen supplied
- Air Conditioning, with ceiling fans throughout
- TV

Two x two bedroom cabins
