A meaningful partnership to help youth become real-world job ready!

Our business has been an active part of the Bundaberg Jobs Commitment, attending regular resume building workshops at local schools, holding mock interviews for students and taking on a number of work experience and traineeship students.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our participation in the program and have, in return, had some very positive additions to our team who were found through these traineeships and work placements.

Through participating in the events organised by Jobs Commitment, we have been able to help shape the future workforce of Bundaberg and give back to our community in a way that will have significant meaning for years to come.

We would encourage other local businesses to get involved and help create more opportunities for our youth to engage in relevant, real-world training that will help them become truly "job ready" for the future.
