Bundaberg Regional Council is seeking feedback on upgrades to Bargara Views Estate Park located off Moodies Road in Bargara.
The upgrades will replace aging infrastructure and provide new facilities to support the recreational needs of the community.
This project is funded under Bundaberg Regional Council's Capital Works Program 2022 - 2023, with work expected to commence in late 2023.
The park upgrades will include new play equipment, picnic shelters, an upgraded deck in front of the lake and entryways into the Estate.
Please note that playgrounds removed from Council parks cannot be sold or donated to the community as they no longer meet current Australian standards.
To provide your feedback please complete the survey which will open Monday 17 April 2023 and will close at midnight on Sunday 30 April 2023.
You can also request a hard copy survey be mailed to you by emailing engagement@bundaberg.qld.gov.au or by phoning Council on 1300 883 699.

Future work
Following the survey results planned upgrade dates will also be communicated to Estate residents.

Bundaberg Regional Council has identified that Bargara Views Estate Park off Moodies Road in Bargara requires upgrades to replace aging infrastructure. Specifically, Council has funding to upgrade the playground equipment, picnic shelters, deck in front of the lake and entryway structures. Council is seeking your feedback to help create a concept design for the park. We will then share the design with the community for further feedback.
